TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rates are per person in US dollars
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice at the time of booking, depending on the availability of the requested services, rate updates, changes in the operation or by decision of the suppliers.

Important information related to COVID-19

    • Always remember follow the indications of the personnel in charge.
    • Airport operators are in charge of controlling access to the air terminals and will only allow you to enter maximum 3 hours before of your flight departure time.
    • When you arrive at the airport in your city of origin, go directly to the boarding lounges or at the counter billing.
    • When you arrive at your destination city, go to baggage claim area or directly to the departure from the airport.

*The costs of testing and isolation shall be borne by the traveler.
**Travelers with a positive test of any kind or presenting symptoms associated with COVID will be denied boarding.

  • Due to pandemic travel restrictions, you may temporarily carry only one personal item (small bag or backpack that can be stowed under your seat) in the cabin. Additional and larger baggage must be sent in the hold of the aircraft.

International flights are subject to approval by the authorities in both the country of origin and destination.

For this reason, the dates and times of our flights may vary.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reserve your package with $150.00. (Non refundable)
  • We accept payments in cash, bank transfer or credit cards (Visa / Mastercard).

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • 60 days or more before the departure date: penalty applicable only to the deposit.
  • Between 59 and 45 days before departure: penalty for the 50% of the total package price.
  • Between 44 and 30 days before departure: penalty for the 75% of the total package price.
  • 29 days or fewer before departure: penalty for the 100% of the total package price.

Important: Event registrations are NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, if the registration has already been issued or purchased at the time of requesting a cancellation or change, the passenger must pay the full cost, in addition to any applicable penalty, if applicable.

PRICES INCLUDE:

Land and/or air services, accommodations in the hotels mentioned in the itineraries or others of equal or higher category, occupying single, double or triple rooms, according to the chosen rate, with private bathroom and taxes; meals, visits and excursions; transfers to and from airports, terminals and hotels, when specifically indicated in each program.

The expected number of days of accommodation, taking into account that the day of hotel accommodation is calculated from fifteen hours (15:00) and ends at twelve hours (12:00) the following day, regardless of the time of arrival and departure and the full or partial use of the same, depending on the destinations and services contracted. The duration of the package will be indicated in each case, taking as the first day, the day of departure and the last day included the day of departure from the destination, regardless of the time of departure or arrival on the first day or the last day.

SERVICES AND OTHER ITEMS NOT INCLUDED:

A) Extras; beverages, laundry, hotel extras, gratuities, communication or booking fees boarding fees, service charges; and other fees and taxes in force or to be created in the future and any other service, fee or tax not expressly indicated in the package issued by Active Travel.

  1. B) Overnight stays, meals and additional expenses due to delays in departures or arrivals of means of transportation or for unforeseen reasons beyond Active Travel's control; park entrance fees; visa expenses if required.
  2. C) Meals en route, except those expressly included in the packages.

LIMITATIONS TO THE RIGHT OF PERMANENCE:

Active Travel reserves the right to make any passenger leave the tour, at any point of the tour, whose conduct, behavior, state of health, or other serious reasons in the company's opinion, may cause danger or inconvenience to other customers, thus spoiling the normal development of the package purchased.

  • Payment Schedule

  • Processing and Delivery of Seats
    Once the seats have been managed, there are no changes, cancellations or refunds. Seats will be delivered from the time of purchase until the day before the start of the event, and the format of the seats will be electronic or physical. All fans will receive email instructions when their mobile seats are shipped. Please note that seating distribution is done on a phased basis. This means that not all tickets are sent out at the same time. Also, the order of distribution is not based on the time of purchase.
 
  • Capacity and Seating
    The offer is based on 100% of the stadium capacity, reduced capacity could result in the cancellation of the order with full refund. Management is guaranteed in pairs; in purchases of more than two or odd seats, 2+2 or 2+1 will be managed respecting the chosen category, without guaranteeing the same sector, row, or seats. The selected category is quoted without determining the sector, rows or seats.
 
  • Pricing and Availability
    Availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice, please check availability before confirming your reservation. Any modifications to hotel reservations, such as changes in dates, room types or guest names, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. An initial non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your accommodations and travel package. Hotel names will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
 
  • Event Changes and Responsibilities
    The end user is responsible for verifying the date and time of the event once the purchase is confirmed, as it may be subject to change. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations or non-compliance in the scheduling or execution of the event, we only act as intermediaries in the promotion of the event. In the event that the event changes venue or is postponed, the seat will be valid for the next edition; in the case of a cancellation, the organizer will be notified when the respective reimbursement will be made.
 
  • Loss and Regulations
    In case of loss, theft or misplacement of a seat, there is no replacement of seats. It is the responsibility of the end user to check the immigration and health regulations of each country; regulations and requirements may change at any time. Does not include unspecified services.
